What a fun commercial to be a part of! I wish they hadn't sucked all the humor out of my final line -- there were several takes where I was rolling my eyes, or in some way acknowledging the fact that my clumsy husband is walking out of the front door with a chainsaw in hand, a fact that you might lose in the fading focus on him. But I promise -- it was supposed to be funny!

Whenever my dear friend, and brilliantly talented director Brandon Hess calls me up, I practically say "yes" to the project before he can even ask! He's that good! Here, I also got to work for the first time with his amazing wife, producer Tara Tucker! Such an amazing duo! (Look out for this power-couple, Hollywood -- I'm just telling you now!)

P.S. I have watched this commercial dozens of times, and it NEVER FAILS to make me grin! :)

HersheyPark 2014 tv commercials

Anyone who meets me will quickly discover what an adrenaline junkie I am! That said, it still took me three years to get hired onto a theme park's ad campaign, and finally in 2013 I was cast to show the world how to be "HersheyPark Happy!" I only got to ride the Storm Runner twice for these commercials (I would have gladly gone again and again and again!), but I'm happy to see that they got several great shots of me in both the front seat (on the right) and the second seat (on the left).

My hair looks much better when I'm flying around upside-down, don't you think? ;)

In the closing seconds of this third commercial, you can see me being a "proud mom." But on a personal level, I'm very proud to have been cast as part of a mixed race family. Kudos to HersheyPark for stepping up to new frontiers in advertising!!

Here's my DentalPlans.com commercial everyone keeps telling me they're seeing on tv, nationwide. Shot in summer 2009, and directed by Ken Barbet of Shadowbox Pictures, I just saw it for the first time on tv this afternoon, and subsequently was alerted by a friend that it's been up on youtube for over a year! :) Enjoy!!
